It's rubbish; they heat up but stay hot for only five minutes.
Even when not turned on, it provides great warmth; when turned on, it's a real treat, it's fantastic. I recommend ordering one size larger than what is recommended in the measurements.
True to size, they look comfortable, haven't tested them in cold weather yet, but for now they seem warm.
